做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
