做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
