做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
