做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
