做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
