做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
