做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
