做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
