做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
