做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
